Delivery Information

Standard US Delivery
Standard delivery is with US Postal Service using their First Class Package delivery service (3-5 Business Days). A tracking number will be provided.

Expedited US Delivery
Please select this option if you wish to receive delivery within 2 Business Days.

International Delivery
International Delivery is with US Postal Service to countries they service. A customs form will be included, but the buyer is responsible for Customes Duty Fees and VAT, if applicable. Please email support@laser-smith.com for a custom quote.
Refund & Returns

Damages and issues
Great care is taken to package all Laser-Smith faceplates, but delivery services can still be rough, and the plates are fragile. If your plate is damaged during transit, please send a digital picture of the package and the faceplate to support@laser-smith.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Laser-Smith will not be responsible if damage occurs to a Laser-Smith plate while installing it or during use.

Exchanges & refunds
If damage occurs during shipping, the customer has the option for either a refund for the full price (minus shipping) or a replacement at no charge.
